Service Scope: We provide custom website design, development, and digital deployment assets as agreed upon in your specific project scope.

Client Cooperation: To maintain delivery timelines, you agree to provide all requested branding assets, text content, and imagery in a timely manner. Delayed assets may result in project scheduling delays.

Payment Milestones: Upfront design fees, project deposits, or subscription payments must be settled in full according to your invoice parameters before final digital handoff or domain launch.

2. Use License

When you purchase a website build from Fylde Automations, you are granted a specific digital license:

Granted License: Upon receipt of final payment, you are granted a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the custom website design and code for your live business operations.

Restrictions: Under this license, you may not:

Sell, rent, or sublicense the raw structural templates, custom elements, or code framework to third-party developers or competitive digital agencies.

Use our proprietary layouts or design assets to duplicate multiple digital properties without direct authorization or subsequent expansion licenses from us.

Termination of License: This license will automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions or fail to maintain mandatory digital hosting terms associated with the live deployment of the platform.

3. Disclaimer

All materials and designs provided on Fylde Automations' platform are delivered on an "as is" basis. While we aim for complete precision, we do not warrant or make any representations concerning the absolute accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the content or materials provided by external third-party software integrations.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Fylde Automations or its subcontractors be held liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profit) arising out of the deployment, use, or inability to use the custom website build, even if an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage

5. Client Content & Approvals

You retain full ownership and responsibility for all text, imagery, and branding assets you supply for the website build. By providing assets, you guarantee you own the copyright. Once you formally approve a layout or milestone design, any subsequent structural revisions or major text overhauls will be subject to additional development fees.

6. Links & Third Party Services

Fylde Automations has not fully reviewed all external sites linked to its digital properties and is not responsible for the contents or uptime of any such linked third-party service or hosting provider. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, and the use of any linked website is strictly at the client's own risk.

7. Modifications

Fylde Automations reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms of Service for its website and design contracts at any time without prior notice. By continuing to utilize our development services or live platforms, you are agreeing to be bound by the most current version of these Terms.

8. Refund policy

Due to the digital, custom-tailored nature of website architecture and bespoke design labor, all initial project design fees and deposits are non-refundable once engineering work has officially commenced. If a project is cancelled mid-build by the client, any completed milestone hours will be billed accordingly.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service, along with any separate agreements whereby we provide you website development services, shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
